Ezambezi has two selling plans, the individual plan and the professional plan. With the Individual plan, you’ll pay ZMK 1.00 every time you sell an item. The Professional plan costs ZMK 20.OO per month, no matter how many items you sell. Each new vendor gets 12 free months from subscribing to any plan.
Ezambezi also collects a referral fee on each sale, which is a percentage of the total cost of a product or service and varies by product category which is not higher than 3 percent.

Ezambezi Deliveries, Vendors Money And Withdraws

Ezambezi charges k40 on deliveries within a specific area for example deliveries anywhere within Lusaka or within kitwe are k40 and k50 on deliveries outside  an area for example deliveries from Lusaka to anywhere within Zambia outside of Lusaka are k50 or from kitwe to anywhere within Zambia outside of kitwe to customers. The reason ezambezi charges this delivery fee is to prevent customers from been scammed by vendors as ezambezi employees confirm you get what you paid for. When a vendor puts up a product for sale and a customer buys the product the customer can either pay cash on delivery,  mobile money or bank transfer, when mobile money or bank transfer is used the money goes into the ezambezi account.
A vender can request a withdraw after the sale is made and money will only be given to the vendor when an ezambezi employee goes to collect and check the product or when the customer collects the product if they pay using cash on delivery, withdraws will be sent to either your mobile money accounts or bank account
