At ezambezi, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Please carefully review our policy below for information on returns and refunds.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following conditions:
• Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and its packaging for verification.
• Incorrect or Misleading Description: If the product you receive is not what was described on the product page or differs significantly from its images and description, we will accept a return and issue a full refund. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receipt with evidence of the discrepancy.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized items
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered
• Products purchased from third-party sellers (outside of ezambezi.com)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team at support@ezambezi.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographic evidence (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or not as described.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
